Be Strong + This strength training class (with a cardio kicker) will help you to tone and sculpt! Using weights, you’ll build strength, improve stability, and create lean muscle—all while moving through controlled exercises. With a fun vibe, you'll feel the burn in all the right places and leave feeling strong, balanced, and totally energised!
STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep … and maybe even five more!
Yoga is a powerful practice that enhances strength, flexibility, and balance while helping to reduce stress. It’s perfect for boosting energy, easing arthritis pain, and promoting better sleep. Through mindful movement and deep breathing, you’ll not only stretch and tone your body but also create a sense of calm and relaxation that carries through your day. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi, this class offers something for everyone to feel stronger, more centered, and rejuvenated.
Core & Restore Boost your core strength while unlocking flexibility and mobility in all the right places! Core & Restore is a feel-good session that blends targeted core work with deep muscle release using foam rollers, helping you move better, feel stronger, and leave totally refreshed.
Body Balance (CF) is a unique, no-impact workout that combines the calming flow of Tai Chi, the strength-building movements of Pilates, and the flexibility of Yoga. This soothing yet powerful class focuses on improving your balance, flexibility, and core strength, all while reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. Through slow, controlled movements and deep breathing, you’ll stretch, tone, and center yourself, leaving class feeling calm, strong, and totally recharged. Dance Get ready to move, groove, and have a blast! This fast-paced, high-energy workout kicks off with a fun warm-up before diving into an upbeat, choreographed dance routine. Expect plenty of dancing, sweating, and nonstop giggles—because fitness should feel like a party!
Fusion is a fun and dynamic mix of Pilates and Barre, designed to strengthen and tone your entire body! Using props like chairs, resistance bands, and balls, you'll challenge your muscles, improve balance, and build core strength—all with controlled, flowing movements. Expect a workout that’s low-impact but seriously effective, leaving you feeling stronger, longer, and totally energised!
Power Up is a high-energy, muscle-sculpting workout that’s all about building strength and endurance! Using hand weights, resistance bands, and your own body weight, you’ll power through a variety of moves that target every muscle group. Think full-body toning, muscle endurance, and a whole lot of fun! With upbeat music and a motivating vibe, this class will leave you feeling strong, toned, and ready to take on anything!
Martial Arts (CF) Learn how to defend yourself with skills from Jiu Jitsu and Taekwondo—empowering, practical, and all in a supportive, safe environment. It’s not just self-defence, it’s confidence training!
Kickboxing (CF) Our music-based Kickboxing program stays true to form, combining cardio and strength for a high-energy workout. Perfect for those who want to improve fitness, tone muscles, and build endurance—without following a traditional self-defense structure. Train your way—whether it’s for fitness, fun, or fighting skills!
Boxing (CF) This high-energy class blends the best of both worlds—choreographed boxing and kickboxing routines set to music for a fun, upbeat workout, paired with structured boxing sessions that focus on proper technique and skill development. It’s the perfect mix of fitness, rhythm, and real-deal boxing!
Power Up Pilates is a mat Pilates class designed to prepare you for the challenges and rewards of classical Pilates. We'll focus on building the core strength, flexibility, and coordination needed to tackle the classical Pilates exercises.
TeenFIIT is a fun, high-energy group fitness class designed specifically for teenagers! This class focuses on building strength, endurance, and confidence through a mix of functional movements, bodyweight exercises, and cardio bursts. With upbeat music and a motivating coach, TeenFIIT helps improve fitness, coordination, and overall well-being in a supportive and social environment.
Pilates Essentials (CF) is an entry level workout designed to rebuild the core safely and effectively. Ideally suited to: * Mums (new and existing), including those with weak pelvic floors * Those with back problems or a weak core * Those wanting to improve core stability, strength, and posture. * Those returning to exercise and wanting to build confidence in a safe, supportive environment
Core Essentials (CF) This beginner-friendly workout is designed to safely and effectively rebuild core strength. It’s perfect for: Mums (new and experienced), including those with weak pelvic floors, Individuals with back issues or a weak core, anyone looking to enhance core stability, strength, and posture or those returning to exercise who want to gain confidence in a supportive, safe environment
Beats, Balance & Burn (CF) This class brings together Pilates for core stability, dance for fun cardio, and resistance training to build endurance—all in one energising, feel-good workout that makes fitness as enjoyable as it is effective.
Wednesday Walking (CF) is a free meet up followed by a walk, a chat and a coffee
Gentle Movers includes exercises that mimic the movements of daily activities to keep participants active and mobile. Expect to work on balance, strength and flexibility. Aimed at over 60’s
