Class Descriptions

Be Strong uses weights to build strength and lean muscle

STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep … and maybe even five more!

Yoga is beneficial in improving strength, flexibility, balance and stress. It call also assist with energy, arthritis pain and better sleep

Body Balance (CF) is a unique and NO impact workout inspired by Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga

Dance is a fast-paced, fun and energetic workout starting with a warm-up and then into dancing to choreographed routine!

Wednesday Walkers (CF) is a free meet up followed by a walk, a chat and a coffee

Fusion is a combination of Pilates and Barre exercises using probs such as chairs, bands and balls to improve full body strength.

Power uses hand weights and resistance bands as well as body weight to build strength and muscle endurance

Self Defence classes will combine elements of TaeKwonDo, kickboxing and JuiJitsu to prepare you to be “Street Ready” to be able to avoid, remove or defend yourself from a potentially threatening encounter. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Power Up Pilates is a mat Pilates class designed to prepare you for the challenges and rewards of classical Pilates. We'll focus on building the core strength, flexibility, and coordination needed to tackle the classical Pilates exercises.

Booty Burn (CF) is a low-impact class, combining elements of pilates to build strength in your glutes & core.

Body Bar (CF) classes use weights, dumbbells and bars to tone your upper body, lower body and core with a great sing a long soundtrack

Pilates Essentails is an entry level workout designed to rebuild the core safely and effectively. Ideally suited to: * Mums (new and existing), including those with weak pelvic floors * Those with back problems or a weak core * Those wanting to improve core stability, strength, and posture. * Those returning to exercise and wanting to build confidence in a safe, supportive environment

Gentle Movers includes exercises that mimic the movements of daily activities to keep partiocipants active and mobile. Expect to work on balance, strength and flexibility. Aimed at over 55’s
